Snails stewed in shell. Helix Aspersa Muller, extra virgin olive oil, onions, wine vinegar, dry red wine, commandaria, cloves, cinnamon, salt, pepper and fresh bay leaves.
Paper packaging. Placed in a special baking tray. Net weight 400 grams.
Snails in shell. Cut at the back. Cooked over low heat with extra virgin olive
oil, onions, wine vinegar, dry red wine, commandaria, cloves, cinnamon, salt,pepper and fresh bay leaves.
Allow the product to defrost, preferably in the fridge. Remove the carton,
and place the tray in the oven to heat for about 10 minutes
Best before the expiration date indicated. Deep freeze at -18 ° C. Once opened, maintain for a period of two days at refrigerated temperatures. Do not refreeze.
